The Boredom Corporation isn’t really a garage band. It’s more of a warehouse band. Founded in Boise, Idaho, the group was the brainchild of Brock Glaisyer (vocal, guitar, drums) and Ethan Ennis (vocal, drums). The two recruited their classmate and close friend, Ben Satterlee, on bass, and The Boredom Corporation began.
They started to practice in a construction warehouse. The trio found inspiration in Green Day, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Temptations, the Killers, and many others to create energetic and fun music that everybody can enjoy.
The band, though, didn’t start with covers; they dove right into original material. The first gig The BC played was a fundraiser for a local non-profit. They also rocked their high school talent show shortly after. From there, they continued to gig while going to school.
Some Boise venues they played included the Artistblue Gallery, the Shredder, and the Knitting Factory.
In August 2014, the group’s senior year, The BC released their debut demo CD, Rorschach (available in Shop!)
